Yes, I saw to my amazement that in the UK Amazon Role-playing and Wargame book charts, The Storymaster's Tales was the second best-selling role-playing system after Dungeons and Dragons. I couldn't believe it myself, and it goes to show that there is a market for family role-playing games, even though it's very hard to convince some of the big distributors and reviewers that this is the case.
One of the things I've learned over the years is to have the courage of your convictions and go with your gut... and do lots of research.
The books have now outsold the box versions, and I'm currently working on finishing Threatlore Town before we go through the process of playtesting and proofing. Once this is done, it's onto the Mysterious Islands to complete to be ready for a Christmas treat (hopefully before).
Weirding Woods is still on 50% offer on the UK Amazon site.
and I've just added signed hardbacks to my website if you would like one of those. *Shipping outside the UK is very expensive.
Online show news, we won "Online Live-action Role-playing game of the Year" for the second year running. This time for our Cthulhu Parlour, the Maddening, this and the new cardless version of Hotel Lovecraft are available on amazon.
The kid's fantasy online shows, and the Storymaster's Tales play along (with myself) are both on Outschool for ages 7-13. I also do art and photography classes.
